"I have been using Byron Plumbing Services, inc. for approximately 7 years or more. Not sure how I got connected with them but they have all my residential plumbing business since their first visit. They have performed routine drain clogs to complete under slab excavations for pipe replacement. Recently on a call to unclog a drain, they found the drain line in one of my rent properties was still connected to the old septic system via a camera and radio tracking device while another drain connected to city sewer. A few days later the work was completed. The work consisted of digging up about 100' of my front yard and replacing the entire tie into the city sewer. I paid them in full, then later went and looked at the work (not normal but I do this for them). You would expect a mess of dirt and dead grass but they carefully cut out the sod, did the work and put the sod back and watered it so you could hardly tell work was just completed. From call to completion, 4 days. The property was in a rural community 75 miles from Houston. Not sure they travel like this for everyone, but if they know you, they will. The price is reasonable but the quality and care to the homeowner is exceptional. The first time they dug a hole under a house slab to show me the rusted old pipe, they cut stairs into the perfect excavation so I could step down and see what needed to be done to understand the cost, with out having to crawl under the house. I told them I did not need steps anymore and they assured me it was not an extra cost. I do not look forward to plumbing issues, but I also have a go to company that I know is the best so I do not really have any plumbing worries anymore. I text them, they come and fix. I have a lot of experience with contractors as a rental property and home owner. They are exceptional workers and deserve your business."

I called Byron initially to clear out a sewage line from a backed-up toilet which required removal of the toilet and use of a snake followed by camera to ensure the line was clean. It was done quickly that day at a great price. The work also included a new hot water heater, home water filtration, insulation of all piping, and a couple new electrical outlets for the disposal and dishwasher. The whole job was completed in 3-4 days including obtaining the city permits. They did quality work at a great price. He recommended some great drywall guys too and kept the whole project on schedule. My next project with Byron will be fixing a shower leak and eventually replacement of the underground sewage pipes.
