A toilet leaking at the base is one of those problems people tend to ignore longer than they should. It looks minor - maybe just a little moisture around the bottom. But that water is going somewhere, and it usually ends up soaking into your subfloor or causing damage you can't see until it's a much bigger deal.

Here's what we were working with on this job. The toilet was pulled, and once we got down to the flange, it was clear the wax ring had completely failed. The old wax was deteriorated and not sealing the way it needed to. The flange itself also needed attention before anything else could go back together properly. That's the part a lot of people don't realize - if the flange isn't solid and level, a new wax ring won't hold either.

We secured the flange, set a fresh wax ring, and reinstalled the toilet. We also swapped out the supply line while we were in there, because the old one wasn't worth putting back. Every connection was tested before we packed up. No shortcuts, no cutting corners just to get out the door faster.

The finished result is exactly what it should be - a toilet that sits tight, seals properly, and shows no signs of movement or leaking. Clean floor, solid base, new supply line. That's what a toilet repair done right actually looks like.

If you've got a toilet that wobbles, shows moisture around the base, or has been giving you any kind of trouble, don't wait on it. The longer it sits, the more damage builds up underneath. We handle toilet repair and toilet installation, and we make sure the whole setup is right before we leave.
